Shipping and Delivery Policies

1. Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?

We have standard shipping charges for most addresses. A shipping charge of Rs 70 is levied on orders worth less than Rs. 500.

2. Why do I see a ‘delivery charge’?

Delivery charge is nothing but the shipping fee which is applicable only on orders with a total value less than Rs.500. This is to cover our logistics cost to ensure that products are delivered to your doorstep in the best and safest way possible.

4. Are there any hidden charges (Sales Tax) when I shop on Jhakaas Man?

No, there are no hidden charges such as sales tax, octroi, etc. when you shop on Jhakaas Man.

5. How are items packaged?

We package our products in boxes, which are covered in a plastic layer. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap. We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging. To date, we have received very few complaints about damaged products due to our packaging.

6. What is the range of locations to which Jhakaas Man ships their products?

7. My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.  You can visit Order section. The track button will get activated once the order is shipped. Sometimes, courier takes up to 12 to 15 hours to activate the link, so kindly try after the mentioned period.  If you are a guest user, you can either track through the link shared with you over email/SMS. Or you can sign up/sign in using your email to track the order through your Order section. 

8. What is the estimated delivery time?

We dispatch most orders within 1-4 business days (i.e. excluding Sundays and public holidays). Though, we keep 95% of our catalog in our inventory, certain products need to be sourced directly from the brand itself so that we can live up to our promise of providing fresh, non-expired products. While we are trying our best to avoid this situation, these products might delay your order. If you are ordering our products from a Mega Sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within 5 days of order date. We are pleased to say, more than 95% of Jhakaas Man orders are delivered within 3-7 business days from the date of order. 

9. My order will be shipped in multiple shipments? What does this mean?

Don’t worry! This is a completely normal situation. This just means that different parts of your order may have simply been shipped from our different warehouse locations. Rest assured, you will only have to pay the shipping/COD charge if applicable, on the first package you receive.

10. Why am I getting an ‘Invalid pincode’ message?

We regret to inform you that Jhakaas Man is not currently delivering in your pincode area. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

11.How much is charged for cash on delivery orders?

100 is charged for cash on delivery order, which is collected by the delivery company. When you give cash to the courier company we don’t get this amount, that company itself keeps Rs 100 and gives back the price of the product to us.

12. Is free shipping available on Jhakaas Man?

yes, Free shipping also Available on Jhakaas Man e-retail company. Your order value must be more than Rs.500 and you will get free shipping only if your order is prepaid.
