Cancellations and Refund
1. How do I cancel an order? (once it has been shipped)
If you want to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered. You can cancel the order only if your order is defective or out of date, furthermore, you cannot cancel the order. Once we have received the product(s) back and verified its packaging/condition, we will refund your money within 24-48 business hours. Check the status of the order or item in the “My Orders” section.

3. Will shipping charges be refunded if I cancel ?
No, If the full order is canceled, then the shipping charges will get refunded. If part of an order is canceled, then the shipping charges will not be refunded.
4. When will I get my Refund?
You can track the refund status at [email protected] or by reaching out to the customer support helpdesk. In case of cancellation prior to shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours of receiving the cancellation request. In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been shipped or if it is being returned, we process refunds once the products are received and verified at our warehouse.
5. How will I get refunded for cancelled orders and how long will this process take?
In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request. In the case of prepaid orders, the amount will be reflected in the payment instrument through which the transaction was made. In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
6. What if I used coupon codes or gift card or reward points for payment and I have to cancel my order?
Coupon codes are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order. If you had redeemed reward points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation. In case you used the gift card amount, the same would be credited back to your gift card in the case of a cancellation.
